The ’70s soft rock inspired music duo Tennis will be playing on Friday, March 31st at The Fillmore Philadelphia. The Tennis: Pollen 2023 Tour features special guest Kate Bollinger.
The husband and wife duo, Patrick Riley (guitars, bass guitar) and Alaina Moore (vocals, keyboards, guitar), began when Alaina made fun of Patrick for playing tennis in college. The two left their hometown to sail and explore the North Atlantic coast for eight months. In their adventures, they wrote music about their experiences which resulted in their first album Cape Dory. After the release of their singles “One Night with the Valet” and “Let’s Make a Mistake Tonight”, Tennis released Pollen on February 10, 2023.
