The Arcs Record Release Party w/ The Black Keys at Gold Diggers on Feb. 3rd

The Arcs are celebrating their upcoming album, Electrophonic Chronic, with a couple of record release parties, one of which will be held at Los Angeles’ Gold Diggers Bar on Friday, Feb. 3. The  album release party will feature a DJ set by The Black Keys’ Dan Auerbach and Patrick Carney and Leon Michels of El Michels Affairs and The Arcs.

In honor of their second studio album, Electronic Chronic, set to release Jan. 27, 2023, The Arcs announced four record release parties. The album release parties kicked off in London and will continue in Paris, New York and finally Los Angeles. These are the band’s first shows in nearly five years and their first performance in LA since 2016.

The Arcs is an American garage rock band formed in 2015 by The Black Keys’ Dan Auerbach. The group consists of Auerbach, Leon Michels, Nick Movshon, and Homer Steinweiss. The Arcs released their debut album Yours, Dreamily in 2015. In 2018, the band went on a hiatus following the passing of their friend and bandmate Richard Swift. Five years later, The Arcs now return with a new record and a series of album release parties but have yet to announce a tour. The Arcs continue to pay tribute to Swift with their latest single “Heaven Is A Place” which features Swift driving on a rainbow road in the animated video.

The band’s highly anticipated record has begun to sell out before its official release as their Chronic Edition Vinyl, EES Vinyl and BrooklynVegan Vinyl have sold out. Luckily, fans have a variety of editions to choose from including the Vinyl Me, Please, an Urban Outfitters Vinyl, CD and digital.
