Famed singer of yesterday comes to San Francisco February 2023
Mavis Staples has been around the block for some time and I am sure we have all heard some of her tunes every here and there whilst in the car or watching terrorvision (clears throat) a television commercial about some new drug that will kill you or something. Or maybe a commercial about some cleaning agent that will also kill or something. Anyway thanks for clicking on the link to read this article. I hope it proves to waste your time quite effectively and efficiently. Just two hundred and fifty more words to go yay! So about the venue SFJAZZ; it is a venue and a school. So it seems via the official website I just linked you. They seem to offer classes, tutorials, workshops, etcetera for kids and the whole family. It also seems like they legitimately have their own official band! Wow, that is interesting! I wonder if it pays?…. It also-also seems like they have their own magazine and merchandising. They are a non profit organization. So then where does the money from the merchandise sales go? I don’t know. I honestly don’t really care. I know you don’t either. If you are new here, when you read my articles you will soon find that I seldom care about anything. I don’t even care to get paid doing this. Seriously they’re paying me $0.00 on the dollar! Anyway I’m sure the jazz club has nice drinks and spirits. Just remember to drink lots of water. Hey, just because there is absolutely no moshing going on does not mean that you will not feel thirsty at some point during the show. Oh and the joint looks pretty jazzy if I do say so myself! OH! SO FUNNY! Wow anyway so maybe dress up? I don’t know?
