Rapper Cardi B came onto the scene in the late 2010s with her start beginning after joining popular series Love & Hiphop: New York. She released music while on the show, but really gained traction when she released her single “Bodak Yellow” ( a remix of Kodak Black’s “No Flockin”) which made her the first female rapper in nearly two decades to top the Billboard Hot 100. She soon released her debut album, 2018’s Invasion of Privacy, which reached number one and broke additional records with the summer hit “I Like It.” Her breakthroughs didn’t stop there, she also became the first solo female rapper to win a Grammy for Best Rap Album. Heading into the 20’s of the century, Cardi B continued to rack up chart-topping singles like 2020’s “WAP” with Megan Thee Stallion and 2021’s “Up”.
As one-third of the Migos, Offset is a rapper whose rhymes, ad-libs and wordplay made him and his group rocket to fame as the top trap trio. After hitting it big with Migos, he branched off as a solo artist, collabing with artists and topping charts with other hip-hop artists like Tyga in “Taste” and Kodak Black in “Zeze” (2018). Early 2019, he issued his full-length, Father of 4, which was awarded with a Grammy-nominated single “Clout.” Migos’ Culture III was released in 2021 as Offset continued to collaborate with IDK, Trippie Redd, Moneybagg Yo, and others.
