AFI at the House of Blues in Dallas, TX

AFI’s “The Bodies Tour” finally came to Dallas after two reschedules and a two year delay; it was worth the wait!

The show’s opener was Drab Majesty synth-heavy band, with 2 members. The whole set had an air of mystery with the red lights and smoke throughout the whole set. Each song blended into the next, and it was blended so well it was a bit tough to tell when a song ended and another began.

Next was the highly anticipated AFI! The band’s energy was amazing, frontman Davey Havok was bouncing all over the stage and the crowd gave that same energy right back. The band played songs from most of their albums, keeping fans entertained the whole time. To say this show was worth the wait would be putting it lightly. Dallas can’t wait to have them come back!
