Lydia Loveless at Golden Dagger on Dec. 30 & 21

Spend the very last nights of 2022 with Lydia Loveless. On Dec. 30 and 31, check out her performance at Chicago’s Golden Dagger.

Lydia Loveless’ latest album, titled Daughter, came out in 2020. The incredibly personal project acts as “a journey to independence,” as explained on her website’s bio page. Her record consists of 10 songs, three of which dropped prior to it’s release. These singles include “Love Is Not Enough,” “Wringer” and “September,” the last of which fittingly came out in September of 2020, the same month of Daughter.

More recently than Daughter, Loveless released both an EP and a remix single of “Heaven,” a song originally from her 2016 LP, Rules. The remix, titled “Heaven (NoEver Bootleg) – Remix” is credited to both CitizenDorianS and Lydia Loveless, and dropped on Dec. 1, 2021. Earlier that year, Loveless published a two-track EP called You’re Leaving. The project’s two tunes included “Let’s Make Out” and title track “You’re Leaving” in August of 2021.
