Legendary rapper 50 Cent will be performing at Miami nightclub E11even on December 2nd.
Eminem signed 50 Cent to a contract in 2002 and steered him into success in 2003. He grew up in Jamaica, Queens which came with a rough childhood. 50 Cent lived the hard life that some of these rappers only pretend to have experienced: drugs, crimes, imprisonments, stabbings and shootings. He casted himself as the typical East Coast hardcore rapper with white tank tops, tattoos, a bulletproof vest and his diamond crucifix. More importantly, 50 Cent could also create catchy hooks. Due to this, his music went from hip-hop/rap to the pop market, catching the ears of those who liked his story as well as those who liked his talent for releasing bangers that are fun to sing-along to at the club. Not forgetting his roots, 50 Cent helped his G-Unit crew grow into a franchise, creating platinum-selling solo albums for his group members, successful licensing deals, and sold out tours to promote the franchise world-wide.
