Rapper Ty Dolla $ign will be performing live at E11even on November 16th.Tyrone Griffin (born April 13, 1985), aka Ty Dolla $ign, is a singer, rapper and producer from Los Angeles, California. Ty Dolla $ign started in music by learning the bass guitar. Since then, he has learned other instruments, from the drums, guitars, and keyboard to the MPC.
Ty Dolla $ign rose to fame through the success of “Toot It and Boot It”, a song he wrote and produced for fellow rapper YG. In 2011, he released his first single “All Star”, featuring Joe Moses which was produced by Fuego. His song “My Cabana” ranked in Complex’s Best 50 Songs of 2012 list at #23. In 2020, he led on a few singles, including July’s “Ego Death,” featuring Kanye West, FKA Twigs, and Skrillex, and in “Expensive,” which he was joined by Nicki Minaj. In 2022, Ty Dolla $ign released his collab with Wiz Khalifa “Champions” and the Mustard-produced “My Friends”. He is currently signed to Wiz Khalifa’s Taylor Gang Records and Atlantic Records.
