Catch DJ Kaskade playing some of your favorite electro hits on November 11th at Story Nightclub.
Ryan Gary Raddon aka Kasakde was born in Chicago and spent his early days not only as a DJ, but also as an A&R director and record store owner. In the ’90s, he studied the electronic music scene, finding that the sub genre house music was his forte. He performed at the booth in New York and Salt Lake City, Utah, where he first produced tracks to release at his own small label, Mechanized Records. When he wasn’t producing music, Kaskade DJ’d at local clubs during the night and by day helped to start the careers of many artists.
Grammy-nominated producer Kaskade emerged as one of the most successful American progressive house DJs of the 2000s, leading in the concept of Las Vegas residencies and selling out venues across the United States. He frequented the U.S. dance charts into the 2010s with Top 10 releases that included Fire & Ice (2011) and Atmosphere (2013). I Remember (2014), compiled some of his best music, after which he released Automatic (2015). In 2010, Kaskade gathered and released his singles into a series of releases called Redux. Fire & Ice v3 dropped in 2022, as well as his project with Deadmau5 named Kx5.
