The legendary Roots crew are set to ring in 2023 with a pair of shows at the Walt Disney Concert Hall, ringing their much-loved live show to downtown Los Angeles. The Grammy award-winning hip-hop group and house band for The Tonight Show are known as one of the most versatile groups in hip-hop history.
The critically acclaimed group is recognized for their jazzy and eclectic approach to hip-hop. Formed in 1987 by Tariq “Black Thought” Trotter and Ahmir “Quest Love” Thompson, winning three Grammy Awards and three NAACP Image Awards, The Roots remain on of the most influential groups in the entertainment industry.
