Cypress Hill Debut New Song “Crossroads” In Celebration ‘Cypress Hill: Insane in the Brain’ Documentary

Hip Hop group Cypress Hill  have released their latest tune “Crossroads”  in light of their newest documentary Cypress Hill: Insane in the Brain being released worldwide on April 20. The tune is an original track for the documentry and  it appears in the film’s closing credits. Group member The DJ Muggs‘s produced piece has the sound of scary piano loop  while member B-Real starts to rap about what “Crossroads” is about.

“Crossroads” is a beast in its own right because of how the piano loop brings an intense vibe that can make listeners wanting to hear the rest of the song and in many ways Muggs  is showing off his skills because the piano loop resembles the lingering darkness in the atmosphere.  Real’s rap performance is fantastic due to how his vocals remain solid while following the musical flow and the way Real raps to the lyrics gives an idea of how well he and Muggs can perform together.  “Crossroads” is a masterpiece with a killer sound.

Before the release of the  documentary Cypress Hill announced that they will  share their 10 studio album Back in Black  leading up to the record’s release.
