For the past two decades, Slipknot has racked up three consecutive number one albums in the country; now the rowdy metal pact are expanding their tour series Knotfest into South American regions Argentina and Brazil this coming December.
Known heavily for their creative stage presence and blunt lyrics, Slipknot is due to tour South America in the biggest way possible kicking off their roadshows, as part of Knotfest, into sacred region Buenos Aires, Argentina, on December 8, 2022. They will be joined by U.K.-based metal act Judas Priest on December 13 per the Chilean leg to generate further awareness of the band’s engaging tour.
Another collective joining the mix is the legendary Pantera as they collaborate with both Slipknot and Judas Priest on the Brazilian leg of the tour in the coming days following the December 13 event with the Knotfest Roadshows. Other acts due to perform during the touring series include Bring Me the Horizon, Mr. Bungle, Trivium, Sepultura, Motionless in White, Vended and Project 46.
Tickets for the Argentinian show have been on the sale for the past week; meanwhile, reservations for the Brazilian leg are due to be listed on Sunday, December 18, 2022.
