Coming in hot for this summer lineup, singer and songwriter Beabadoobee reveals an amazing praise for the unreleased new album from The 1975. When asked on her opinions, Beabadoobee openly states, “No ones fucking ready for how good it is.” (NME)
Previously, there has been an ongoing musical transaction between The 1975 Matty Healy and Beabadoobee. Both singers have found mutual appreciation in the talents of each other and actively ask for feedback in the creation of their next releases. Beabadoobee reflects during her interview that she was pretty against collaboration with any singers on her music simply because she had troubles with embracing creating music together. However, Matty Healy and co. has helped and encouraged her actively in being more open to the idea of collaborations in general. In any form of relationship, the best thing both can do is to constantly push each other to be better, happier and creative.
Here are some heartwarming opinions on Healy from Beabadoobee, “Matty’s amazing at lyrics so he really helped me in that way. And he offers me so much advice about songwriting. And it’s really helpful having him in my life as a music mentor and as a friend who has amazing life advice. I think he has a way of finding a sentence that really fuckings hits you.” (NME)
While both singers leave us on the edge of our seats to anticipate this new release. The 1975’s official fifth album will be due on October 14th. Moreover, the band is scheduled to perform for their ‘At Their Very Best’ North American road tour in November and confirmed to headline a concert at Madison Square Garden in New York City!
