Primavera Sound Los Angeles Announces ‘Primavera In The City” Shows

Primavera Sound announced ten shows at unique Los Angeles venues including The Echo, Hollywood Forever Cemetery, The Wiltern and more this fall. The Primavera in the City shows include artists such as Special Interest, Chai, Giveon, Bad Gyal and more with shows from Sept. 13 through Sept. 20 throughout venues in LA.

Following the announcement of the first Primavera Sound festival in the United States, held on Sept. 16 through Sept. 18 at the LA State Historic Park, Primavera reveals an additional program to the main festival experience with a chance to see Primavera acts in unique LA venues. The Primavera in the City show series includes ten concerts from acts that take part of the main festival spread throughout the dates of Sept. 13 through Sept. 20 in some of LA’s most beloved venues. The show series begins on Sept. 13 with two shows, with New Orleans punk act Special Interest at The Echo and French outstanding live performer Jhenny Beth at the Zebulon. The series is set to conclude after the main festival on Sept. 20 with a concert by Japanese rock band Chai at The Echo.

The main festival lineup includes headlining acts by Artic Monkeys, Lorde and Nine Inch Nails. Primavera Sound Los Angeles three-day festival includes over 50 artists with a variety of genres including notable artists such as Mitski, Arca, Clairo, Girl in Red and many more.
