Animal Collective announced their tour alongside Spirit of the Beehive which will run from May to June across the U.S. The tour includes one stop in Los Angeles, California at The Greek Theater on May 20th, this is the only date that Animal Collective will not be accompanied by Spirit of the Beehive but will feature a special guest performer.
Animal Collective is an experimental band from Baltimore, Maryland. The group became popular through their 2007 album Strawberry Jam, which earned them their first spot on the Billboard 200, and their 2009 album Merriweather Post Pavillionwhich earned them No. 1 on the US chart. The band rose to fame for their experimental rock and psychedelic pop sound.
On February 4, 2022, Animal Collective released their 14th album, Time Skiffs. The band will be celebrating the release of their album with a tour across the U.S. which will be followed by a European Tour later this fall. Animal Collective will be accompanied by Spirit of the Beehive, a psychedelic and experimental rock band, for majority of their tour.
