La Femme released their first album, Psycho Tropical Berlin, in 2013, which earned them a Victoires de la Musique award. Their most recent album, Paradigmes, was released in April 2021 and peaked at number fourteen in the French charts. La Femme is known for their hypnotic and synthetic sound which is influenced by bands like Kraftwerk and the Velvet Underground.
