Indie-rock band Yo La Tengo will be performing at NYC’s SummerStage on Wednesday, September 1st. Doors for this free, all-ages show open at 5:00pm, and the show is scheduled to run from 7:00pm-8:30pm. Tickets to free SummerStage shows no longer require tickets, and instead fans will be allowed in on a first come, first served basis.

Yo La Tengo have been staples of the East Coast music scene since their formation in 1984. Over four decades, they have achieved mainstream and critical success — and have been unafraid to reinvent their sound from record to record across their impressive 16-album discography.

Yo La Tengo is one of the most experienced bands to play at SummerStage this year, so there’s no doubt this will be an amazing show.
