Rico Nasty Shares Black & White Video for Hard-Hitting New Song “OHFR?” and Will Sell Clip as NFT

Sugar Trap’s Rico Nasty has become one of the first female artists to release a one-of-a-kind non-fungible token, the release of her video for her new song, “OHFR?.”

“OHFR?” is a song from Rico Nasty’s debut album, Nightmare Vacation, which is available now via Atlantic Records. The release of Rico’s newest song follows the releases of previous singles “iPhone,” “Own It,” “Don’t Like Me” featuring Don Toliver and Gucci Mane and “STFU.”

Rico’s new song is catchy with a catchphrase of “Oh, for real?” The video accompanying the song is a bit eerie and dark as Rico wears her hair in spikes and dresses in an ’emo-punk rock’ attire. In a portion of the video, Rico can be seen with her eyes blacked out, creating a creepy image.

Check out the video below.

The release of the new song and video will be sold as a non-fungible token (NFT). NFTs are a new “paradigm in art collecting” according to the press release. They allow artists to create visual art and music, which they call “CryptoArt”. These NFTs are the original and authentic versions of the creation and prevent forgery.

NFTs can now be sold by artists now, avoiding fraudulent activity and keeping others from defaming the craft. Collectors can now collect these digital works as NFTs are becoming a new form of “artistic representation and creativity.”

Rico’s NFT will be sold for 48 hours only via Digital Art Marketplace. The drop will be followed by an interactive conversation from Rico on the Clubhouse app led by Lady PheOnix on March 22 at 9 p.m.
