DJ Gareth Emery Returns to the Drive-In OC for Four Nights 12/17-12/20/20

EDM producer/dj Gareth Emery.

After performing sold-out shows at the Drive-In OC at the City National Grove of Anaheim for three nights in September, DJ Gareth Emery returns to the Drive-In for four consecutive nights. This particular run of Emery’s is called Laserface, after 2020’s release The Laser. You’ll have four chances to see the show this December on the 17,th, 18th, 19th or 20th. All shows start at 6:00 p.m.

While his name may give off major country vibes, his sounds are quite the opposite. Emery has been the first electronic artist to grace the Drive-On OC’s stage since they began offering drive-in concerts. The Laser is the fourth long-awaited release from the British artist. His previous albums featured hits hits like “Northern Lights,” “Drive” and “100 Reasons to Live,” which were all iTunes dance No.1 chart-toppers and gained millions of listeners for the artist. In the new album, Emery steps away from endless collaborations and songwriters and wrote and produced each song. “Making this album felt like being in a band again, not being a DJ,” Emery said about making this latest album.

As the name Laserface hints, this show will include a spectacular laser light show designed by show director Anthony Garcia that will dance along to Emery’s melodies, creating an immersive concert experience.
