Jordan Mackampa is a popular British singer born in the Democratic of Congo and subsequently raised in Coventry to Congolese parents. This combination of cultures and influences had a huge impact on his eventual love for music. Nurtured by his mother’s love for great soul singers like Marvin Gaye and Curtis Mayfield, Mackampa fell in love with the art medium from a very young age, always performing at family parties and get-togethers. Drawing inspiration from artists like BB King, Bob Dylan, and Coldplay, Mackampa has begun to make a name for himself in the music industry as well with his acclaimed EP titled Physics.
