‘Forget Tomorrow’ and Join the Mighty Oaks at Cafe du Nord on 12/1

Mighty Oaks is best known as a multinational indie/folk-rock trio composed of the American Ian Cooper, the Italian Claudio Donzelli, and the British Craig Saunders. The three of them had all met by chance in Germany when two of the three had begun work as solo singer-songwriters after college. Eventually, fate had led them to each other, and they began releasing content together as a trio when they discovered all of their music tastes aligned. Mighty Oaks released their first EP in 2010 to immense popularity on the popular music-sharing platform, SoundCloud. Soon after, the trio released their first studio EP, Just One Day, in 2012.  They later toured all over Europe in support of their EP. Since then they’ve released three more EPs and four albums to great acclaim. Mighty Oaks has also been seen playing many festivals and live shows in Europe.

In 2016, the trio had decided to take a break after touring for over two years straight. Eventually, they reunited to record and released a highly successful second album and perform a sold-out tour as well as multiple festivals. Their most recent album was released in early 2020, called All Things Go. On December 1st, the Mighty Oaks will come to the Bay Area to perform at Cafe du Nord in support of their album. Be sure to catch the Mighty Oaks and continue to follow MXDWN for all your music updates.
