Alternative country artist Parker McCollum will be hitting the stage at Austin’s Nutty Brown Amphitheater for a two-day event on Friday, June 12th and Saturday, June 13th. There will be two early shows on both the 12th and the 13th starting at 5:00pm as well as two late shows on both nights starting at 9:00pm. The staff at the amphitheater will be taking extra precautions to ensure safety and everyone’s great time! The shows are for all ages with a $5 surcharge for minors at the door. Tickets are in limited supply and will be going on sale online starting tomorrow at 10am. They will be priced at $25 for general admission so grab yours as soon as you can!

Parker McCollum is a 27-year-old singer/songwriter/multi-instrumentalist based out of our lovely city of Austin who has made quite a name for himself in all of Texas. His music is a delightful blend of Texas Americana with Nashville country, paired with soulful lyrics and vocals. His 2015 debut album Limestone Kid accumulated a large following in Texas and encompasses McCollum’s life experiences of growing up in Limestone County, Texas while working at a Limestone County ranch during his summers. This is how he got the nickname “Limestone Kid”. The album’s track “Meet You in the Middle” became a huge Texas radio hit but it was McCollum’s following album Probably Wrong that scored him national recognition.

After signing with Universal Music Group Nashville in 2019, McCollum released “Pretty Heart”, his first single with a major record label. With blissful country guitar rhythms and elements of soft indie rock, McCollum has become a widely embraced new artist in the world of country music. Check out his latest single “Like a Cowboy” and don’t miss his performance(s) at the Nutty Brown Amphitheater next month!
