TORRES Performimg for 3TEN at ACL Live 10/8

Torres is the music project of independent artist Mackenzie Scott who creates mesmerizing indie pop rock blended with elements of folk. Torres’s music shifts between soft and quiet melodies and loud and rebellious rock with deep, moody vocals that eerily reflect the raw emotions being conveyed through her thought-provoking lyrics. Torres released her self-titled debut album in 2013, introducing her unique style and charisma to the indie world and continued to work with 4AD on her following two albums Sprinter and Three Futures. After being dropped from the label in 2018, Torres took her passions into her own hands. Her latest album Silver Tongue was released at the beginning of this year and is the first Torres has recorded as an independent artist. The album touches on the many feelings experienced while being swept away in love, both good and bad.
