Jam out to New Hits with The Weeknd on 8/8 at the Honda Center

Times have certainly been tough for all of us, but especially for musicians who just released an album. As I’m sure all of you know the best thing to do after releasing an album is to hit the tour circuit in order to get some residual album sales from the live shows and to also pick up additional ticket sales because of the anticipation of a brand new album.

While the Weeknd is thankfully not struggling in a financial sense, as fans it’s hard not to be dissappointed that he’s not on tour right now. This dissappointment would have been standard no matter how good or mediocre the album he released was, it’s especially frustrating we can’t see him live since his latest record After Hours is easily his best effort since his Trilogy mixtape series.

Hopefully everything will have died down enough that we can all be out of the house come August. I know that the second the Weeknd hits the Honda Center on August 8th I’ll be one of the first in line. How anyone could pass up the opportunity to hear him sing “Hardest to Love” and other hits off of After Hours is completely beyond me.

The silver lining of all these delays is that now you have extra time to memorize his latest record so you can sing along even louder with the crowd at the Honda Center. Don’t miss out on this concert, it’s going to be one of the most exciting of the year.

Location: The Honda Center
