Camp Nowhere Mini Festival at Germania Insurance Amphitheater with Bassnectar, Rezz, Jai Wolf & More 6/21

Get ready to celebrate the 2020 Summer Solstice at the Texas mini festival Camp Nowhere being held at the Germania Insurance Amphitheater on Sunday, June 21st. The lineup is made up of all the hottest artists in the electronic world and emphasizes all things summer and in Texas, we’re all about that. Artists who will be making an appearance are Bassnectar, Rezz, Jai Wolf, Said The Sky, Dabin and William Black. The event is for all ages with gates opening in the afternoon at 4:30pm and general admission tickets are currently starting at $39.50.

If you know anything about the EDM music scene, you most likely know that Bassnectar is among one of the most prominent artists of the genre, making appearances at countless music festivals and providing energetic beats. Bassnectar made his debut in the early 2000s and started making a bigger name for himself by the release of his 2014 album Noise Vs. Beauty. Bassnectar creates his unique electronic sound by combining dance beats with hip-hop, dubstep and a whole lot of bass. An all-around good guy, he is an activist in social and political causes and promotes that through his music. His latest work is a series of four EPs titled Reflective with newest single, “Dive” featured on Reflective, Pt. 4.

Canadian producer Rezz started DJing at the young and adventurous age of 16. Her first EPs were released in 2016 titled The Silence is Deafening and Something Wrong Here and eventually, the savvy artist worked her way to her first full-length album Mass Manipulation which was released the next year. Rezz’s dark trancey style is almost hypnotic and has been compared to the likes of Nine Inch Nails with its delightfully weird textured sound.

New York-based electronic artist Jai Wolf creates dreamy melodic dance music and first gained recognition from his 2015 single “Indian Summer”. He has done remix work for the likes of Melanie Martinez, ODESZA and Skrillex, making his way to becoming something greater in the EDM realm. His debut album The Cure to Loneliness was just released last year and contributes some indie inspired sounds to his dancey style.

What better way to spend the beginning of summer in Texas than to celebrate with some amazing music and great vibes all around!
