Alanis Morissette Celebrating 25 Years of Jagged Little Pill w/ Garbage & Liz Phair at Germania Insurance Amphitheater 6/12

Fearless American-Canadian songstress Alanis Morissette will be taking the Germania Insurance Amphitheater by storm this summer on Friday, June 12th. Accompanying Alanis will be post-grunge band Garbage and pop rock singer/songwriter Liz Phair. Needless to say, this show will be fueled by the energy of three bold chicks who aren’t afraid to speak their minds. Doors to the event will open at 5:30pm and the show is set to begin at 7:00pm. General admission tickets are currently going for $101 at the lowest price and will increase as the show draws near.

Alanis Morissette started her official musical career in Canada in the early 1990s, releasing her first two dance-pop albums. Upon the release of her 1995 grungy album Jagged Little Pill, Morissette had transformed into a confessional singer/songwriter. From the angsty track “You Oughta Know” to the more hopeful and reassuring “One Hand in My Pocket”, the album explores a whirlwind of emotions and is incredibly relatable for many still today. Morissette is known for her emotive mezzo-soprano voice and is continuing her brutally honest storytelling onto her upcoming album Such Pretty Forks in the Road which is set to be released on May 1st featuring the songs, “Smiling” and “Reasons I Drink”.

Alanis Morissette’s 2020 Tour is in celebration of the 25th anniversary of her Jagged Little Pill album. Catch her fierce performance at the Germania Insurance Amphitheater this June!
