Rüfüs Du Sol @ Austin360 Amphitheater 3/14

Australian alternative dance group, Rüfüs Du Sol will be making an appearance in Austin as part of their Americas tour on Saturday, March 14th at the Austin360 Amphitheater. Doors to the event will be opening at 7:00pm then the magic of the night will begin at 8:00pm with opening bands, Channel Tres and Crooked Colors. General admission tickets start at the price of $39.50 each but are increasing as the show draws near.

Rüfüs Du Sol formed in 2010 and have since then captivated audiences around the world with their dreamy elements of synthwave mixed with mesmerizing indie dance beats. The trio have previously performed at Austin’s very own SXSW as well as many other music festivals around the world, making them an iconic part of the emerging EDM scene. Rüfüs Du Sol’s unique electronic approach and dazzling light shows brings with it a sense of mystery and ethereal beauty along with lead singer Tyrone Lindqvist’s chilling vocals. They definitely diversify the sounds of electronic dance.

After a huge world tour in support of the trio’s third album Solace, they decided to give America another taste with their spring tour currently underway. There has been no word of new music to come after this album, but they have since released an electrifying 18-track remix album of their Solace LP.

If you’re a fan of synthesized electronic dance music paired with enthralling light shows, you definitely don’t want to miss Rüfüs Du Sol this spring.
