Beloved emo rock band The Used have debuted a set of 2020 North American tour dates, which will begin at Solana Beach on January 21st, at Belly Up and will wrap up at the Crescent Ballroom in Phoenix, Arizona. This show will be the first time the band will be performing their new single “Blow Me (Feat. Jason Aalon Butler)” in a live setting.
The band will be releasing their eighth studio album some time within the next year via Big Noise. This album will be the band’s first record for the music label, following their previous stints on Hopeless records and the popular record label Reprise.
“I couldn’t be more honored or grateful to have one of my favorite bands of all time at my record label! They are one of the most influential bands of the last 20 years and we are making a career-defining album at the minute,” shares John Feldmann, who will be producing the band’s upcoming album stated in a press release. “They are one of the best live bands I’ve ever seen and Bert is quite possibly the best singer I’ve ever worked with. This has been a dream of mine since I met them in 2001.”
Earlier this year, The Used performed at Huntington State Beach alongside acts such as pop punk group Blink-182, The Aquabats and The Story So Far. The band also performed at the Rockstar Energy Drink sponsored Disrupt Festival, which held appearances from Sum 41, Sleeping with Sirens, Thrice and Circa Survive.
