The world was introduced to Silver Jews back in 1994 with their debut album titled Starlite Walker. It is an eleven-track album filled with indie-rock songs that will have you moving your head with the sounds of the guitars. Throughout their career as a band, they were able to release six studio albums. All of these albums received high praise from many organizations such as Rolling Stone, Pitchfork Media, etc. In 2007, Silver Jews were able to release a documentary based on the band. The title was named after the name of the band.
Earlier this year, David Berman who wrote much of the music that Silver Jews performed died. Even though he passed away, his legacy will always remain with us. Silver Jews and David Berman were/are amazing and creative people whose music we will always be fans of. The day of the reunion event would have been Berman’s 53rd birthday. It will be an amazing way to celebrate his life and the band’s music.
If more tickets become available, make sure to get them ASAP! It will be a moment everyone will take with them.
