The amazing New York City radio station, ALT 92.3, that constantly plays our favorite Alternative and Rock music will host a Christmas themed concert later this week. They have an amazing line-up that includes many amazing bands, one of them being included, is the legendary band Vampire Weekend. This special concert will be held at the Barclays Center stage on Thursday, December 5, 2019. You can bring your youngest alternative/rock fan or even your oldest since this is an all-ages show. Tickets for this show are still on sale and do start at the price of $55.00 and increase depending on which section you want to experience the show.
Vampire Weekend came into the music scene back in 2008 with their self-titled debut album. Once this album was released, Vampire Weekend automatically gained recognition and diehard fans. It was critically acclaimed by many organizations, most of them were highly pleased with their debut album. Two years later they released their second studio album titled Contra which peaked at number one on the Billboard 200 charts, Top Rock Album charts, Top Alternative Charts, and more. After a six-year break, Vampire Weekend released their fourth studio album titled Father of the Bride. Besides this album being their third consecutive album to reach number one on the Billboard 200, it was also able to earn two Grammy nominations for next year’s Grammy ceremony. Vampire Weekend are on fire, and it is not settling down anytime soon.
