Badass girl band Bikini Kill is back and ready for action. Bikini Kill’s Kathleen Hanna, Tobi Vail and Kathi Wilcox reunited this year for their very first full show since the year 1997. They have announced that they will be playing a Benefit on March 13th, 2020. The news was released on the band’s Instagram which pictured a hot pink piece of paper with bold black writing with a blue background with the official date, time and venue. The post included that, “Presale tickets go on sale this Thursday at 9am PT, general sale Friday at 9am PT.” Bikini Kill is an all-female punk band originally from Olympia, Washington, and they formed in October 1990. The benefit is being put on in the band’s hometown, so this is bound to be a very special show for the audience as well as the band. The proceeds will be going towards the nonprofit Interfaith Works.
