The final day of KAABOO Del Mar ended Sunday with a wide variety of energetic sets. Genres of the last day varied all the way from reggae from Toots & The Maytals, soft pop from Alec Benjamin, EDM from Cash Cash, rock from The Revivalists and new wave from Duran Duran. Also a strong female presence was shown on day three with Sheryl Crow as well as the all-female band The Bangles performing on the main stage.
KAABOO Del Mar announced during the final day that this is the last of “KAABOO Del Mar” as next year the festival will be moving to Petco Park and becoming “KAABOO San Diego.” Performances from Duran Duran as well as Mumford and Sons closed out the final night of KAABOO Del Mar. Duran Duran opened their set with “Hungry like the Wolf” immediately giving the crowd the last surge of energy to finish out the weekend.
