Pop artist Charli XCX has just released a new track entitled “Warm” featuring the all girl pop act HAIM, which will be featured on her upcoming Charli album. This upbeat dance track follows the upbeat electronic production that follows suit for many of the previously released single for the album. The popping bassline and rhythms blend well with the vocals HAIM provide on this new track, joining together two modern pop icons.

Earlier this year the artist teamed up with Christine & The Queens for her music video “Gone” which saw the artists free themselves from binding ties. This video was directed by directed by Colin Solal Cardo who has frequently collaborated with Christine & The Queens and has also directed music videos for Robyn.

Outside of these projects, the artist has also contributed to the sountrack for the Netflix series 13 Reasons Why which featured one of her more recent pop songs “Miss U.”This song was produced by Lotus IV who has worked with the renown EDM producer Zedd in the past.

HAIM have attracted some attention earlier this year by releasing covers of the Paula Cole song “I Don’t Want to Wait” and “Where Have All the Cowboys Gone?” at the Pitchfork Music Festival. The trio only used a piano, guitars, and drum machine while performing these classic tracks.
