Bullet for My Valentine has unleashed the music video for their song “Piece of Me.” According to the PRP, the video is live performance themed, as it shows footage of their most recent tour including festival and arena shows and is the follow up to its lead single “Not Dead Yet.” “Piece of Me” is also from the band’s 2018 album, Gravity, which received critical acclaim. Mxdwn noted that the album “carries the same vibe as Bullet For My Valentine’s previous works through and through.”

Frontman Matt Tuck spoke with Rock Sound about the progress of the band’s new album. “We’ve already got eight new tracks, so we’ve been busy behind the scenes when we’ve not been touring the last few months,” he said. “And it feels really good.” He later mentioned a potential release date in 2021, stating “We’re probably gonna aim for a ’21 release. We wanna take our time on this. We wanna work with people that we really wanna work with, and we may have to wait, depending on their schedules.” He continues to say “…so we think ’21 is a safe bet, to give us the time to do what we want, how we wanna do it, and not be rushed or forced into anything.”
