Metal band Batushka has released a new video for their song “Pierwyj Czas” from their high fidelity ranked album Hospodi released last week via Metal Blade records. The music video serves as the fifth chapter of their video series, following “Utrenia,” “Liturgiya,” “Wieczernia,” and “Polunoszcznica” The new chapter is also known as “Funeral,” which the video shows throughout from the body being covered in its casket to it being carried to its grave . Hospodi contains 10 tracks and is noted to be their best album yet. A tour is currently in the works for the band, as tour dates will be announced at a later date. Fans can purchase the new album via the band’s website, with some purchase options including bundles with shirts and collector boxes.
After forming in 2015, the band released their debut album Litourgiya that same year. Late last year, the band had announced that it’s two key members, vocalist Bartłomiej Krysiuk and Krzysztof Drabikowski were parting ways due to creative differences. The differences Hospodi is under Krysiuk and serves as the follow-up to Drabikowski’s Bastushka album released earlier this year called Panihida. Panihida consists of eight tracks and was also acclaimed by many.
