Lil Wayne’s performance on Thursday at the Jiffy Lube Live venue in Bristow, Virginia looks like a flash in the pan. The rapper quit early, and only performed 20 minutes on stage.
The concert is one of the stops of the unexpected summer tour co-headlining Lil Wayne and Blink-182. The tour dates were announced this May when a bizarre mash-up featuring both of the artists’ popular songs, “What’s My Age Again?” and “A Mili” was released. Since then, fans have been elated about the tour.
Fans who attended the concert on Thursday are dropping their comments on Wayne’s performance. It was speculated by some that Wayne might pull out of the tour
“I think Lil Wayne just quit the Blink 182 tour. (Yes, that’s the same show). Played for like 20 mins.” a reporter from public radio station WAMU 88.5 FM, Jordan Pascale tweeted.

Some audiences doubt that Wayne’s early departure is the result of “the lack of rap fans/his fans.”
Wow , @LilTunechi just said this maybe his last night in the Blink 182 tour. Cited the lack of rap fans/his fans
