Hip-Hop legend Nas has announced his new album The Lost Tapes 2 is set to be released in a just a few weeks. The much-anticipated sequel to his 2002 cult classic The Lost Tapes is set to drop July 19 via Def Jam and will include unreleased tracks from his four albums Hip-Hop is Dead, Untitled, Life is Good, and his most recent release Nasir. The compilation of unreleased tracks has been produced by some of the best, including Swizz Beatz, Hit-Boy, Kanye West, and Pharrell Williams. See the full tracklist below.
Along with the album release, he has revealed an exclusive merch collaboration with Aimé Leon Dore in celebration of the upcoming release. Merchandise items include shirts, hoodies, crewneck sweatshirts, a candle, and an ashtray. Each purchase of merchandise comes with a digital copy of The Lost Tapes 2. Fans can purchase here.
Nas is gearing up to head out on a co-headlining tour with R&B superstar Mary J. Blige, set to kick off July 11 in West Palm Beach, Florida. He will also be headlining the annual Essence Music Festival in New Orleans, LA alongside Blige, Missy Elliot, and newcomer H.E.R. which is taking place this weekend.
