Metarama Gaming + Music Festival Announces Inaugural Line-up Featuring Snoop Dogg, Marshmello and Logic

The inaugural Metarama Gaming + Music Festival, which will take place at festival fairgrounds in Las Vegas, Nevada, has just announced its first line-up featuring a variety of hip hop and electronic artists this year such as Alan Walker, Lil Yachty, Grouplove, Snoop Dogg, Marshmello and Logic. In addition, many popular gaming streamers such as Ninja, Jacksepticeye, Pokimane and Sodapoppin will also be at the festival, which is directed at the gamer demographic.

This new festival has general admission tickets tickets, 2-Day VIP Tickets, and 2-Day POWER UP Tickets which are available here. Discounted 4 pack tickets for the festival are also available, as well as layaway plans for all of the ticket types offered.

In addition to the musical performances, the event will also host professional Esports including Overwatch League exhibition matches: Philadelphia Fusion vs. Seoul Dynasty, and Guangzhou Charge vs. San Francisco Shock, and League of Legends: Pros vs. Joes tournament finals.

This festival is hosted by industry veterans, C3 Presents, the team behind Lollapalooza and Austin City Limits Music Festival, who have partnered with Scott London and Seth Schorr of Esports Hospitality Concepts for the gaming portions of the fest. In addition to the game and Esports viewings, there will also be a Freeplay Zone and many other free to play areas, which include drone races and professional VR experiences.

Baltimore rapper Logic has been busy this year, with the release of his latest studio album Confessions Of A Dangerous Mind, which dropped last month. The rapper will undergo tour this upcoming fall in support of the recent album as part of the Confessions Of A Dangerous Mind Tour, which will see the rapper hit Vancouver, Los Angeles, San Francisco and New York City.

Marshmello was recently criticized by recent collaborator Chvrches, who lambasted the DJ for working with Chris Brown and Tyga. Both artists have both been under fire for domestic abuse, and statutory rape respectively. “We like and respect Mello as person but working with people who are predators and abusers enables, excuses and ultimately tacitly endorses that behavior. That is not something we can or will stand behind,” a statement from the band read.
