The Raconteurs released their brand-new single “Help Me Stranger” from their long awaited new album HELP US STRANGER by Third Man Records. The song is available everywhere digitally and is included with all digital pre-orders of the new album. This is in addition to previously released songs including “Hey Gyp (Dig the Slowness),” “Now That You’re Gone” and “Sunday Driver.” The band, consisting of Jack White, Brendan Benson, Jack Lawrence and Patrick Keeler, have also premiered the accompanying music video for “Help Me Stranger” on YouTube. The video was filmed last month in the intriguing city of Kimitsu in Japan and directed by specialist Yasuhiko Shimizu.
In addition, the group and Third Man Records announced an exclusive independent record store special white vinyl version of HELP US STRANGER with a different cover and hand screen printed LP jacket. Fans can also get excited about a limited quantity of strictly promotional, not available for sale, 7-inch test pressings of “Hey GYP (Dig the Slowness)” which will be available on album release day of June 21.
