Hardcore metal band, As I Lay Dying released “Redefined” a super fast metal track that will get you psyched. In fact, the band has recently reunited after Tim Lambesis served time in prison after having attempted to hire a hitman to kill his estranged wife back in 2013. He pled guilty to a charge of ‘solicitation of another to commit murder’ and was eventually paroled in December of 2016.
The video shows the band set against a backdrop in a desert apocalypse where red haze is causing a handful of people to die. The man in the video fights for his life and is revived after death. Fans have responded with enthusiasm and eagerly await the new album release. One fan shared, “I played this so loud I’m now deaf, but it’s worth it.”
August Burns Red frontman, Jake Luhrs guests on the track and Lambesis shared, “I want to thank @jakeluhrsabr for doing vocals on “Redefined” with me! It was so much fun having him over at my home studio and I got to engineer his vocals myself. He is a true pro with incredible range!”
