Electric Zoo: Evolved released its 2019 lineup and festival goers can expect the best of the best dance music titans. Some of the featured artists include Alison Wonderland, Flux Pavilion, Kaskade and Diplo. There will also be several B2B sets such as DJ Diesel and Borgore and NGHTMRE and Slander.
This year will be the 11th edition of Electric Zoo. The festival was first established in 2009 by Made Event, who is still putting it on to this day. It is one of New York City’s biggest music festivals and features the top names in electric music. Since the first year, it has evolved into an impressive party hosting global sensations. Past lineups for Electric Zoo have included artists such as Galantis, DJ Snake and Marshmello.
This year’s edition is called Evolved because it is capturing the essence of the festival’s ongoing trek through the urban jungle to exploring the colorful land of the Wild Island. Evolved celebrates the festival’s metamorphosis in a special way. It will be taking place at Randall’s Island Park in NYC over Labor Day Weekend, August 30, 31 and September 1.
The Sydney-based EDM DJ Alison Wonderland will take the stage and most likely perform her newly released song “Peace.” She will be hitting several festivals this summer including Electric Forest in Michigan. The dub-step mastermind Flux Pavilion will also be in attendance at Electric Zoo. Another veteran artist in the mix of the lineup is Kaskade. In addition to Electric Zoo, the Grammy-nominated producer will be playing at Las Vegas’s Electric Daisy Carnival. The phenomenon of dance-music, Diplo, is playing Electric Zoo as well. Fans can expect performances of his latest releases “Hold You Tight” and “Bubble Up.” He is playing at Coachella in the upcoming weeks.
