Electro-pop singer Lights was in Miami this weekend for Ultra Music Festival and while she wasn’t a performer, she didn’t leave the festival without dropping a stand-out performance. Your EDM reports that the Canadian singer-songwriter took the stage along with EDM superstar Deadmau5 during the world premiere of his new Cube 3.0, which is the latest iteration of his well-liked “Cube” stage show which he will be taking on the road for his Cube v3 tour.
During the performance, Lights sang the songs “Drama Free” and “Raise Your Weapon.” “Drama Free” is taken from the producer’s 2018 album mau5ville: Level 2, a recording that features Lights. The other song “Raise Your Weapon” is from his 2011 album 4×4=12 and originally features guest vocals by singer Greta Svabo Bech of the Faroe Islands. That song was the fifth single from the Grammy-nominated album, which was Deadmau5’s 5th. Check out footage of the performance below:
