The 2019 Bellwether Music Festival takes place on August 9-10, 2019 at Ohio Renaissance Festival Grounds. The show brings in artists like Beach House, Cold War Kids and more. Single day admission is $59.00 and a two-day pass goes for $99.00. Two-day VIP passes are available for $239.00. Cake and Cold War Kids plus others will play night one on August 9, and Beach House, Guided by Voices and others will play the second night on August 10, 2019.

Camping is available on the festival grounds, with options to choose from ranging from basic camping to RV spots with electric. A ‘freshen up’ pass is also available, providing access to showers and restrooms. Campers can load-in on Thursday, August 8 at 12pm and stay through Sunday, August 11 at 11am. Glamping is available from $499.00-$649.00 with space up to 4 people in a 25×40 space with a tent and four cots available. It comes with ‘freshen up’ passes as well.
The event that takes place in the picturesque Renaissance Park in Waynesville, Ohio, will showcase more than 20 bands taking two stages, as well as the addition of “full contact rock n’ roll jousting” and after parties. Other acts playing the camping festival include: Twin Shadow, STRFKR, Real Estate, Pinback, Black Moth Super Rainbow, Caroline Rose, Sego, Arlie, The Brook & The Bluff, Katie Pruitt, Hailey Knox and more. Bands with local ties performing at Bellwether this year include Young Heirlooms, Multimagic and R. Ring (Mike Montgomery of Ampline and Kelley Deal of The Breeders).
Last year’s inaugural event featured performances by the Flaming Lips, Local Natives, Dr. Dog, Echo & the Bunnymen, The Psychedelic Furs, plus many more artists.
