San Holo takes Emo’s Austin on his Album 1 Tour, dropping the sickest beats from his first album which released fall 2018. San Holo actually made a mini documentary covering the entire process of creating Album 1, in which he reveals how deeply personal the process was. Only taking half a year from start to finish, San Holo’s new album is raw and forces the listener to embark on a musical journey. His taste expanding beats are both appealing and unusual.
According to an interview with Forbes, San Holo attempts to merge the worlds of EDM and indie music to become one, which is reflected in his Album 1. Combining electronic beats with guitar melodies and magical instrumentals, San Holo leaves listeners musically immersed in another world.
