In the new video by The Chemical Brothers, “We’ve Got To Try” a young woman finds a stray dog in a dark alley and takes him in as her own. She also introduces the dog to a group of scientists who teach the dog to not only drive but fly a plane. As the young woman cheers him on while he’s driving the racetrack and doing tests, the dog seems unfulfilled in trying to master these tricks. The video is filled with adorable scenes of this sweet mixed breed pooch, who adds his own flavor to the track with barks here and there during the video.
In the video, scientists create a simulator to showcase their extraordinary achievement in manipulating a dog to achieve success in the form of human endeavors. In the end the dog aborts mission and flies into space landing at the Dog Planet where he is sharing his story with other canines that are eager to hear his story. The most adorable part aside from it being a sweet dog is the hoodie and sweater he wears throughout the video.
Fans have commented on the video with, “Who says you can’t teach a new dog old tricks?” and “Every single the Chemical Bros. have released from their new upcoming album have been nothing, but bangers. They continue to come up with the most creative music videos to this day.”
