Mexico’s Domination Festival has revealed it’s stacked 2019 lineup, taking place Cinco De Mayo weekend May 3-4 at theAutódromo Hermanos Rodríguez in Mexico City, MX. KISS and Alice Cooper are set to headline the two-day festival along with Slash featuring Myles Kennedy and The Conspirators, Dead Kennedy’s, and Limp Bizkit. Other acts include Lamb of God, Thrice, The Black Dahlia Murder, and Dream Theater. Passes for the two-day event are on sale now, with fans being able to purchase here.
Festival performer Lamb of God recently announced that their upcoming album is likely set for a Christmas release. The band is in no rush to complete the album, with Chris Adler stating in an interview “So, it’s certainly possible that we’re able to fine tune everything prior to that, but I think it’s probably more likely that it’s going to get recorded in the fall of ’19, and hopefully out for Christmas presents for all your kids.”In the meantime, member Randy Blythe has formed a supergroup and creating a new project with Animals as Leaders guitarist Javier Reyes, Sworn Enemy guitarist Lorenzo Antonucci, Mediaskare Records founder Baron Bodnar, and 33 & West booking agent JJ Cassiere. The band’s guitarist Mark Morton is also working on his own project. Morton recently shared a song called “Cross Off” featuring the late and great Chester Bennington. Morton’s collaborative album is set to be released next month.
