Doctor Music Festival Announces 2019 Lineup Featuring The Good, The Bad & The Queen, The Smashing Pumpkins and The Bizarre World of Frank Zappa

The Doctor Music Festival has revealed its 2019 lineup featuring a stellar lineup of multiple genres. The Good, The Bad & The Queen, The Smashing Pumpkins, and a live hologram of The Bizarre World of Frank Zappa. Other noticeable acts include Greta Van Fleet, James Bay, Paul Craig, Underworld, and The Prodigy. The four-day festival will take place July 11-14th Valls d’Àneu Valley in Catalonia, Spain with some passes still available starting at  225 Euros (257.81 USD) here. The festival is also being named as the Reincarnation Edition, a once in a lifetime edition of the festival that takes place on the same grounds as it did 20 years ago. See the full lineup below.

Featured performers The Good, The Bad & The Queen recently released their latest album Merrie Land, providing the classic slow jams for 2018. Fellow performers The Smashing Pumpkins also released their latest high-fidelity effort Shiny and Oh So Bright, Vol. 1 / LP: No Past. No Future. No Sun, which mxdwn called it “The year’s best reunion.” The band will also play a few music festivals next year including Nos Alive with The Cure, Bon Iver, Thom Yorke, and Vampire Weekend and Spain’s Mad Cool Festival along with The 1975,  The National, Iggy Pop, and Sharon Van Etten. Frank Zappa, 25 years after his death, will be heading out on the road via hologram with his former bandmates.  The hologram will feature hours of unseen footage from Zappa’s early 1970s concerts.
