Firefly Festival Announces 2019 Lineup Featuring Vampire Weekend, Travis Scott and Tyler, The Creator

Delaware’s annual Firefly Festival has revealed its 2019 lineup. The three-day festival is set to begin June 21-23rd at The Woodlands in Dover, Delaware and will include headlining performances from Panic! At The Disco, Travis Scott, and Post Malone. Other acts on the bill include Tyler, the Creator, Vampire Weekend, Snail Mail, Brockhampton, and Andre McMahon in the Wilderness to name a few. Passes for the festival are on sale now with three-day general admission passes starting at $280 and VIP starting at $699 plus fees. Festival-goers can purchase passes here.

2019 will mark the festival’s 8th year curating diverse lineups. This past year’s lineup including headlining sets from Eminem, Kendrick Lamar, The Killers, and Arctic Monkey’s, which was the band’s first performance in over three years. Previous headliners have included The Weeknd, Muse, Paul McCartney, Jack White, and Foo Fighters. 2019 will also be the first time that the festival will not be held on Father’s Day weekend, accommodating Bonnaroo, which happens the weekend before.

Earlier this year, Auschwitz Entertainment Group (AEG) acquired the rights for the festival. AEG is responsible for festivals such as Coachella, Stagecoach, Electric Forest, and the Hangout Music Festival, which recently announced its lineup. The festival will boast performances from Travis Scott, Vampire Weekend, The Lumineers, Cardi B, Kygo, and Khalid.

Firefly and Hangout festival performer Vampire Weekend are set to perform at Spain’s Mad Cool Festival next year as well, alongside Bon Iver, The National, and Smashing Pumpkins. The band has revealed that their new album is done, with frontman Ezra Koenig playing snippets of new music at Lollapalooza after-party earlier this year.
