Alan Walker @ TLA 2/21

Norwegian DJ Alan Walker is set to embark on a North American tour starting next February. The tour will include a stop in Philly at the Theatre of Living Arts on February 21st. It’s been a big year thus far for Walker, that will continue to be busy in the waning months. Earlier in 2018, Walker made headlines as he became the most subscribed YouTube channel in Norway, topping 15 million.

Walker followed up his YouTube success with the release of various different singles. In May, Walker teamed up with Korean singer Seungri and fellow Norwegian Julie Bergan for “Ignite” which included a popular music video. In July, Walker featured Au.Ra and Tomine Harket for “Darkside”, which was soon followed by “Sheep” featuring Lay.

This Friday, Walker will release his single “Different World” which is the first from his upcoming album that has been long speculated about. It will be his debut studio album, and will also be titled Different World. The album is expected for December 14th of this year. It’s been a long time since he burst onto the scene in 2012, so this album brings high expectations for the 21 year old DJ.
