Lollapalooza Chile announces its 2019 lineup, featuring Kendrick Lamar, The 1975, and Sam Smith. The festival takes place from March 29-31 at O’Higgins Park in Santiago, and marking the ninth edition of the festival.
The festival’s lineup also includes Arctic Monkeys, Twenty One Pilots, Post Malone, Interpol, Lenny Kravits, Interpol, Greta Van Fleet, St. Vincent, Bring Me The Horizon, Troye Sivan and more. The full lineup can be seen below, as well as on the festival’s official website.
While early bird and presale packages are just about sold out, general passes are available for purchase here. The festival is also offering Lolla Cashless, a bracelet that serves as your wallet throughout the festival. Charge it up beforehand, and use it to pay for food, beverages, merch, and more throughout the duration of the festival.
This will be one of Kendrick Lamar’s first shows of 2019. He is headlining all three South American Lollapalooza festivals, starting in March: Lollapalooza Chile, Lollapalooza Argentina, and Lollapalooza Brazil.
The 1975 are gearing up for the release of their third LP, A Brief Inquiry Into Online Relationships, out on November 30. They will also be headlining Lollapalooza Argentina and Brazil, in addition to Lollapalooza Chile. The band just dropped a music video for the latest single off the album, “Sincerity is Scary.”
This will be Sam Smith’s first time performing in Chile. Just as Kendrick Lamar and The 1975 will be doing, Smith will also be headlining Lollapalooza Argentina and Brazil in addition to Chile.
